Advance Payment:
We require a non-refundable advance payment to secure your spot with an artist and initiate the design process.
Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee:
We understand the importance of getting your tattoo design just right. That's why we offer unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied with the final artwork.
Our artists will work closely with you throughout the design process, incorporating your feedback to ensure the design reflects your vision.
Refund Eligibility:
A full refund of the advance payment will be issued only if a qualified artist cannot be assigned to your project based on your desired style or if we are unable to initiate the design process due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
Refund Process:
If, in the rare instance, none of our qualified artists can match your desired style or unforeseen circumstances prevent us from starting the design process, a full refund of your deposit will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note, processing times by your bank or payment provider may vary.
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team via email at info@customizedtattoodesign.com before an artist is assigned to your project.
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds:
Once an artist has been assigned and begins working on your design, refunds will not be available due to the time and effort invested in bringing your concept to life.
If you decide to cancel the project after the design process has begun, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
